Delivery FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We deliver pet food and supplies to Austin, Lakeway, Westlake, Pflugerville, Round Rock and Bee Cave. You can look at our delivery map and see a list of zip codes here.

How much does it cost?

Our Austin area Home delivery is free for all orders of $20 or more. There is a $5 charge for all orders under $20.

When do you deliver?

Notice: Effective January 1st, 2012 Bark 'n Purr has transitioned to a zone-based delivery schedule. To see the zones and schedule, visit www.barknpurr.com/Delivery-Zones.aspx

The day that we deliver your order depends on your ZIP code. Go to www.barknpurr.com/Delivery-Zones.aspx to see our delivery zones. We start our route at about 10 AM and deliver throughout the afternoon. Please do not request a specific delivery time as we route our deliveries for efficiency. We will notify you if there will be any delay in processing your order. If you are a registered member of the website, you can click here to go to your account page and check the status of your order.

Our cutoff time for deliveries is 9 AM. If your order is placed before 9 AM on the day we are in your zone, you will get your delivery the same day.

If you need a delivery the next business day, you can opt to pay $5 for next day delivery to any zone. Select the "Next Day Delivery (Any Zone)" option from the shipping methods on the checkout page.

Do I have to be at home?

Nope! We will just leave the order at your front door. If you want us to leave it anywhere else, just leave a note on your order.

How do I order?

Do you delivery on the weekend?

No, we do not deliver on the weekend.

Are the product prices the same on the website as in the store?

Yes, our website prices are the same as our Burnet Road store.

Can I use my frequent buyer card on delivery orders?

Yes. If you have the new electronic rewards card, simply let us know in a note on your first order. We will link your online account to your rewards card and you will automatically recieve credit for subsequent online orders. If you have the old paper stamp cards, our driver can stamp your frequent buyer card when he delivers. If you are not home for the delivery, you can tape the card to your front door to get your stamp.

How do I use a coupon?

On the checkout screen, after you confirm your billing and shipping addresses, a yellow box will appear on the right side titled "Coupon Code". Type in the coupon code from your coupon and click apply. If the coupon is valid, you will see a message in the box that says "Coupon accepted", and the coupon will appear in the order line items at the bottom of the page. Once your coupon has been applied, complete your order normally.

What if you don't carry what I feed my pet or I need help with a health issue?

Do you deliver raw food?

Raw Food Delivery FAQ

Yes. We keep your frozen food cold in our delivery van, however we do not provide a cooler for you once the food is delivered. You have the option to pay $2 for an insulated envelope and ice packs to be included. If you decline the envelope and ice packs you are completely responsible for the frozen food once it is delivered. An example of a time when you may want to decline the envelope and ice packs is when you will be home to accept the delivery or if you leave a cooler for us to put the food into.
