Delivery FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We deliver pet food and supplies to the greater Austin area, including, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Westlake, and Cedar Park. Click here to see a map and list of zip codes in our delivery area.

When do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the day, starting at about 9 AM and usually finishing by 5 PM. It may take longer to deliver everything on exceptionally busy days, but we strive to always have deliveries completed by 7 PM.

How much does it cost?

Delivery is free for orders over $20 on the days that we deliver to your zip code. Click here to see which days we deliver to your area. Otherwise, there is a $5 charge for delivery on a day other than your zone’s delivery day, and for orders under $20.

Do I have to be at home?

You do not have to be home. We will knock on the door or ring the bell when we deliver. We will leave your order near the door, unless specified otherwise on the order.

How do I order?

You can shop online, give us a call, or e-mail us. For delivery, make sure your order is in before 9 AM on your delivery day.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

No, we do not deliver on the weekends. We deliver Monday through Friday. The deadline to place an order is 9 am on the day of delivery. You can place an order as early as you would like.

Are the prices the same in the store?

The prices are the same in store and online. If you are registered and logged in online, the prices will reflect your 5% loyalty discount on non-food merchandise. Special sale prices are also reflected online.

How do I use a coupon?

Enter the coupon code on the shopping cart page before starting the checkout process.

What if you don't carry a particular product?

We are happy to look into placing a special order for you. For all special orders, please call us at 512-452-3883 or come to the store. Click here to see our store information.

Do you deliver frozen raw food?

Yes, we deliver frozen raw food! When preparing the deliveries, we keep all frozen food on ice until the delivery is made. Once we make the delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is kept at a proper temperature. We offer insulated bags for purchase with frozen foods that can keep frozen food cold for a few hours if you will not be home for delivery. We can also put the product in any cooler you provide at the delivery location.

Is my delivery day today?

Click here to check if your delivery is today. We deliver to each zip code in our route at least twice per week.

Is there a minimum purchase?

For free delivery, there is a minimum purchase of $20 dollars. Orders less than $20 will incur an additional $5 charge.

What is the delivery service?

We deliver pet food and supplies to the greater Austin area. Delivery is free for orders over $20, and when you get your delivery depends on your zip code. We deliver to different parts of Austin on different days, with each area at least twice a week.

What is the deadline for local delivery?

For orders placed the morning of the delivery day, the deadline is 9 AM. We recommend placing your order the day before your delivery day, or sooner. You can place an order as far in advance as you like.

What happens when you are out of stock on a product I ordered?

On occasion we are out of stock on an item that has been ordered. There are a number of ways that we handle this

For foods, will contact you by phone and/or email to determine if you would like a different food or if you would like to wait until we get the food back in stock. Often, we can substitute a different flavor or different sized bag. If necessary, we can deliver the in stock portion of the order on time and deliver the back ordered product once it becomes available.

For non-food items, such as toys, treats, health supplements, etc, we will attempt to make the best substitution based on our judgement. If we are unsure of an acceptable substitution, we will contact you by phone and/or email to discuss substitutions or delayed delivery.

We guarantee all of our delivered items. If you do not want an item we substituted, please call or email the office. We will pick up any items to be returned and exchange or refund as necessary.

Do you offer food rotation for Auto-delivery?

Yes! In fact, it is recommended! For many of our brands, we offer the Rotate item in the online store. For auto-deliveries with a rotate food item, we will deliver a different flavor each time. We also offer a rotate treats option to add a little more zest in your pet's life!
